What do you eat/take with you?

I've usually stuck to cereal bars, fruit and nuts (and caramel shortcake!).

Any other ideas?

food

f**king hell, all of it?

I am on a diet now so dont eat as much as before.

I have a food drawer with a steady supply of chocolate soya milk, oat bars, protein chocolate bars, oat cakes, nuts, high protein seitan based chewy things and so on.

Usually start my day with a box vegetarian beef/chicken or ham slices, neck chocolate soya milk with it. Lunch is what ever, but the local cheap curry place usually does the trick. Afternoon nail some snacks, especially if i am training.

i think a good way top think is make sure you eat the right stuff before you train and not go nuts after you train and on a rest day just make sure you eat enough.
thats my thinking and i have managed to loose 3.5 kgs in 3 months and still stay strong enough
