I buy 'xtend' made buy sci-vation, prices vary fron between £34 & £40 for a 1kg tub that has 90 servings, if taken on training days only a tub will last a long time, I usually have a drink everyday as my job is pretty physical and I find it helps with my recovery better..
When it comes to training I have half the bottle before then drink the rest during training, not tried bcaa's in tablet form as I find drink mixes get into my system quicker..
My m8 does have the tablets and uses 3 tablets post workout then another 3 tablets before bed, i'm pretty sure the dosage can be modified according to bodyweight..
Hope that helps :-)

Well simple fact is we all take amino acids everytime we eat an drink.

Do you mean branched chain amino acids or essential amino acids?

Amino Acids are the chemical units or "building blocks" of the body that make up proteins. Protein substances make up the muscles, tendons, organs, glands, nails, and hair. Growth, repair and maintenance of all cells are dependent upon them. Next to water, protein makes up the greatest portion of our body weight. Amino Acids that must be obtained from the diet are called "Essential Amino Acids" other Amino Acids that the body can manufacture from other sources are called "NonEssential Amino Acids."
