Good to hear you're on the mend.

"Nigga" Roll-Eyes

I agree about improving too quickly and tendons/ligaments not catching up in the same manner, I am not entirely sure how to counter that except not to expect too much too soon and periodise your training a little, i.e 6-8 weeks of volume at around 70-85%, then a week or two of heavier work, cash in some some new PBs etc, then back down to that percentage of the new stuff. Keep the accessory work high and cover all your bases. It's inevitable to get injured really unless you take things really slowly and literally do everything. Extent of injury differs of course. I'm no expert of course but think its an interesting topic.

How did you tear your bicep exactly?

What's ur plan for the british u have any numbers ur guna try to hit?

Shud be a sick comp some talented people competing.

I'm only 108kg atm but have to compete at 125 as that's what I qualified at! Would rather be 110 and smash a 19 year old in the 110s.
