Squats

5 sets x 5 reps ramping upto 190kg (120, 135, 150, 167.5)

Bench

Light day - 2 sets x 10 reps with 93kg

Assistance work

2 sets of tricep pressdowns
Weighted dips 20kg - 2 sets of 10 reps

Cleans

3 sets x 5 reps with 82.5kg, should've been 5 sets but ran out of time!

Didnt have enough time to get the circuit in this week, maybe throw it in tomorrow instead.

Circuit

SLDL - 120kg 3 sets x 8 reps
Bent over rows - 110kg 3 sets x 8 reps
Close grip pulldowns - 87.5kg 3 sets x 8 reps
Arched back good mornings - 120kg 3 sets x 8 reps

I'm sure we will all succeed eventually, its just a question of time. My best bulls**tty hitch deadlift in the gym is 286.5kg set back over 6 months ago when my raw was only 272.5kg. My raw is now 281kg so I reckon a 290plus is possible in the gym but have managed to resist the temptation fearing that I will only end up injuring myself, it is tempting thoughConfused

My problem is a weak lockout ive got loads off the floor but im the king on hitching ha i bought a inzer fusion dl suit n its done more damage than its done me good ! Good thing is im explosive from floor to knees- bad part makes lockout even harder !! If u get enough speed it will give u enough to follow through n lock it but thats IF you get the speed ha

Thats exactly my problem, loads of power from the floor to my knees but a slow grinding upper phase that usually requires half a tub of talc on my thighs to slide the bar up.
I dont think a d/l suit would give me anything extra either. Ben France is actually the opposite of us he has a relatively slow lift off and explosive strength from the knees up. Can't have everything hey
