Events:
- Log for reps 110kg,
- Regular deadlift on a normal bar, no straps, 270kg for reps,
- 110kg Farmers 1 drop you're out, 40m,
- Running/loading sacks 90-100-110kg,
- Atlas stones x5 from 110-180kg
Prize money to follow, Indoor ticketed event, £6 per ticket, only 400 tickets, (sold out at £10 for winter giant's)

There has been a lot of interest for this comp, hence only having 5 events, all will be doubles to allow as much participation as possible.
