3)tyes flip 200kg for max reps in 90 sec
4)farmers 90kg 20m in 90 sec
5)yoke 220kg 20m in 90 sec
6)stone 80kg over yoke for reps in 90 sec 48in
top 3 competitor will receive trophy, £15 to enter
15 competitor only you need to be a first timer (will be checking) there wil be alot to do for all the family as there will be a full size fun fair as it is northwich carnival,
