What the f**k is 50g Oats, are you allergic to carbs or somthing? I think you get more than that in one of those faggot inspired sachets of porridge that are sold. Get some carbs in your diet, if you let the carbs suffer where do you think the body gets it's energy from, from your protien thats where, so then what does your body have to recover, f**k all thats what!
You should be on at least 4000kcals if not 5k cals a day training for power at your weight (you are about the same weight as me, and your daily food intake is like a meal for me)

Nice dead son! Getting there, form was pretty decent too, only crtitique was it almost became two movements and was oh so close to being a hitch (but wasn't so I'll stfu!), and will you pull up your f**king suit! The bar finishes just above the bottom of the leg of the suit, why battle that too, just hitch the suit up a couple of inches.
550lbs done, next stop 600eh!

Had a chinky, Beef Chow Mein, Spare ribs, Egg fried rice and Crispy beef, was nice! Sod special diets, just get it down ya neck eat it all (especially if it is away from the missus, tastes like fish and smells funny)

Yeah I know, just annoys me when it happens at the start of comp prep. It seems way way better today, full range of motion, no pain, no bruising etc so hopefully it will just be one week out of training which I can live with.

It is even more irritating to watch Mick on his 'I don't feel up for it today' day pressing 200 x 5 raw last rep paused for a 2 count and then the f**ker did 210 for a quick triple!
I am going to get massive pec implants so that my bench is only like a board press, all these mega nehcers have ribs the size of a f**king brontosarus and arms like a t-rex

I saw a dietician once, advised me to have all this food and that food to chemicaly balance each other out and so on. I advised her I needed not worrk about such things, a simple 400g of oats, 8 egg omelette, coffee and a protien shake were ok, she blanced and looked at me funny, so I went on to expalin I didn't mind chemically balancing things out, and that I took a handful of pink candy to ensure my chemical balance was where it needed to be. She didn't seem to understand.

I have just read this thread!

Just, you are very gay for this, one for curling in any squat rack, and even gayer for thinking because you use a straight bar it makes you straight in doing these!!!! You will next be walking around in two parts smart, one part casual clothing and finding it ok to have anything more than shower gel, shaving creame/gel and spray from any chemist (drugs accepted!)

My gaydar is now on full alert for any other homosexual tendencies you may have.

Right, had to get lunch on the go today so had:

2 x Extra large Bacon dbl cheeseburger meals (note Burger King fries suck ass)
1 x Strawberry Cheesecake (not bad for a fast food one)
1 x Coffee
1 x 300g Bag of liq allsorts
And a milkybar that my lad had thrown on the floor, the wife said he couldn't have it then but I operate by a 30 second rule, if it has been down less than 30 seconds, its still good!

I wonder what a fat bas***d fat fighter club would make of that for lunch. The trouble is, what to have for tea now? Maybe chineese?

Grr couldn't bloody squat either, althogh my shoulder is much better so hopefully by Wed it will be good to go.

Did a triple with 180 raw but the pain across my shoulder was far to much to be healthy so sacked it there.

560 x 10 - Mad what you can do when you haven't squatted first.

4 sets x 12 reps going upto the whole stack

I am hoping one day to be able to do a raw bench after squatting to get some chest work in, will see what happens next week though I guess.

Had two s**tty workouts unfortunatly. I hurt my shoulder on my last squat workout and it has been real sore, I tried it on my bench workout and my dead workout but had to rest it more really, this is what I did on the two days, no real weight or work, but fortunatly it is getting better.

Raw
100 x 8
140 x 2

Shirt on
4 Board
180 x 3
3 Board
200 x 2 - way to much pain

Stopped that one there

Deadlifts

All raw

100 x 5
140 x 3
180 x 2
220 x 1
250 x 2 - went up easy enough, was going to do 2 x 5 reps but my shoulder suffered badly so I left it.

Will see how the squat go on sunday, I am gonna get this looked at after my next comp, needs some work!
