I think you get more than that in one of those faggot inspired sachets of porridge that are sold. Get some carbs in your diet, if you let the carbs suffer where do you think the body gets it's energy from, from your protien thats where, so then what does your body have to recover, f**k all thats what! You should be on at least 4000kcals if not 5k cals a day training for power at your weight (you are about the same weight as me, and your daily food intake is like a meal for me) Here is a video to inspire you in what you should eat: | ||

Member 194, 3976 posts | Becuase of all the diet stuff I recorded yesterdays scoff to see how it compares. Yhe main meals are faily standard for me, the snacks depend on what is around really. On a training day an extra protien shake & creatine is thrown in the mix. I have no idea what calories are in this, it keeps me at the same weight with busting my gut in the gym so I don't really give a s**t. Food n stuff consumed 19th Feb on a no training day 6:45 – about 400g of Oats, a pint of milk, a whey shake, a large cup of coffee (as in a pint thereof). 4 Slices toast & 6 whole eggs scrambled with some cheese mixed in. Apple, and about ˝ pint of OJ. Multi-vitamins Vitamin B complex double serving Cod liver oil double serving Creatine 10ish – Tuna sandwich – One large can tuna (400g ones) 6 slices wholemeal bread. Two bananas, couple of pints of water (well that’s a lie, it was squash) 11:30ish - Flapjack when I got petrol, and a small bag of mixed nuts 13:00 – 500g Wholegrain Rice, 400g chicken in tika masala sauce (this means a big curry, the cornerstone of a healthy diet). A small punit of strawberries, and about 200g of grapes. Big coffee 14:30ish - Terrys Chocolate orange cookies, one pack (4 large cookies, well nice!) and a pint of milk (just goes nicely together). An Apple 16:00 – 7 Eggs, 300g Cheese, ˝ pint of milk, 300g bacon, 200g sausage made into an omelette. Two bananas and two pears. Big coffee 18:00 - Pack of blueberries (getting addicted to these) and one of the Frijji milkshakes my brother accidentally left in my fridge, the fool! 19:30ish 500g Pork loin steaks, 500g potatoes & lots of mixed veg and a whole lemon Mint aero I found in the cupboard and the remainder of the wife’s beans on toast she didn’t want (she is like 8.5 stone similar to Just T’s ideal weight) 23:00 – Tuna sandwich as per 10ish. Caesin protein shake double serving with a pint of milk Misc – About 4 other cups of coffee and a couple of Tea’s during the day and I raided some chocolate fingers round my mums house. | ||
