Just, you are very gay for this, one for curling in any squat rack, and even gayer for thinking because you use a straight bar it makes you straight in doing these!!!! You will next be walking around in two parts smart, one part casual clothing and finding it ok to have anything more than shower gel, shaving creame/gel and spray from any chemist (drugs accepted!)

For what it's worth, I actually did curls on a straight oly bar 2nite in the squat rack for two reasons:

1. I was training at Fitness First at 7pm on a mon night, no space to swing a bar, gym was packed!! and nobody is going to squat anyway, I had 2 guys jump in on the sets with me

2. I was training at Fitness First.

Training and Fitness First? These go together how?

Fitness First, I hate them

With access to tons of clubs around the country, whatever way you look at it, they probably have the best value for money in the UK.

and i havent done them in the rack recently as im at different gyms and people actually use the rack at uni, allbeit for benching lol

Curls go with kickbacks, side laterals, tricep stretch etc. It's all gay stuff. Dont sit in the closet and suffer in silence Tom. It's a brave new world out there.
