The squats gwetting tough yet mate, or still pretty easy. The 6x6 week always tends to be hard work IME

Cool. Even though it gets heavier, from what I read, 6x6 should be the toughest week!

stalled at 138-139 a bit mate, part of this was some of the stuff going on with my grandad, but tbh maintaining that sort of weight (i.e not getting fatter, but still eating fairly normally) has done me some good

anyway, qualifiers are end of feb next year, so aslong as im sup 125 then thats all im really worried about, 13-14kg in 6 months is a piece of piss
