managed to play sat, but played loosehead instead of tight as a bit easier on the neck

sunday i did

20 min x-trainer

20 mins treadmill intervals 1 min on, 1 min off, 2 mins on, 2 mins off alternating

Pretty simple. Take a full pitch. Walk from 1 corner to the next, jog to the next corner, sprint to the next corner. Repeat 10 times.

EDIT: done for time usually, faster time is better.

Means ur running/jogging/walking different distances.

Gad your enjoying the rugby.

Also fartlek is sweedish for speed play. Bascially means you ake it up as you go along. Go for 30mins or so and walk jog or sprint as you please!!

That would be 28 mins walking 1:30 jogging and 30 seconds sprinting lol!! Having a bit of structure to it would be good, got a load of tyres up there aswell so want to bring them into it some how
