today i went for 140 bench
failed quite miserably, got it off the chest, but that was about it lol, failed about 1/5th of the way up
it went something like this

on the 120kg, 2 sets i did 4 or 5, but phil only counted theones which were deeeeep, whih was a bit of a pain., but its all good

they werent that high, they were paralell at the highestbut high squats are my biggest problem at the moment so once its sorted (and hopefully my weight goes up) i will be a mre rounded p/l'er
first comp will more than likely be on 25th of august in cornwall, BDFPA single lift comp, i will be entering u/e bench and deadlift (there not doing squats)
the only reason it wont be is if my dad has to take my step grandparents back to morecombe

get to 3x20 seconds and i will add 10kg
the chin bar is quite thick, and rubber coated so grip on it is poor, so out of interest i tried chins on the smith machine with the bar at the highest thing, and got 5 easy reps, which was pleasing

200 wasnt as easy as i expected which is why i went for 227 rather than 230
215 was better
227.5 was my best rep lol
