Its either train the stones as much as possible for the comp, or paint some beach balls grey and hope JT doesnt realise - cos I SUCK at stones!
Only did the axels to prove to myself I could after dismally failing 165kgs last week.
Yeah im hoping to get there at least once a fortnight Boar, so hopefully our paths will cross soon enough!

Running About Medley

Notes
Overhead - up until the last dumbbell everything is solid enough - not going to win any records for speed but everything is going up.
Deadlift - No trap bar to practice on, but no problems with these.
Running about - A lot more confident than two weeks ago, speed seems to be ok too.
Stones............. f**k em.

Latest addition to the garden set-up... 150kg atlas stone!
Gonna be some time before I can load the f**ker, but it was a good deal and it'll be fun wrestling with it.
