Starting a new routine next week and adopting a POSTIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE in order to get out of my current s**tty rut! Just need to get this mad last week in work out the way, then ive got two weeks to start afresh and eat my bodyweight in turkey buttys. | ||

FINALLY!! Raw Deads - Super 6 Series - Started at 60kgs, went up in 20kgs increments, seeing how far I could go getting 6 reps. 6 x 60kgs 6 x 80kgs 6 x 100kgs 6 x 120kgs 6 x 140kgs 6 x 160kgs 6 x 180kgs 3 x 200kgs 12' Deads 1 x 140kgs 1 x 160kgs 1 x 180kgs 1 x 200kgs F x 220kgs F x 220kgs Squat Medley - Back / Front / Zercher 1 x 60kgs 1 x 80kgs 1 x 100kgs 1 x 120kgs Really enjoyed today, the 6 reps on the deads was just a bit of fun, body didnt know what was happening at first but really got into it. Just under my knees appears to be my sticking point, so tried some 12"ers to work on this The squats were just a bit of fun to finish with. Off to Anfield in a bit to spoil my good mood. | ||

First time training with elbow sleeves, had to take them off after about ten minutes as my wrists had gone blue, they need some serious stretching!! My biceps were screaming with them on, and cleaning the log was painful! Debuted my new ironworks too, VERY nice, looking forward to power cleans and front squats in them. Monday 28th December Log Push Press 6 x 70kgs 1 x 75kgs F x 80kgs 1 x 80kgs - took elbow sleeves off here, RELIEF! F x 85kgs F x 85kgs Log Cleans - in 90secs 4 x 90kgs Sandbag Clean and Press 67kgs x 1 67kgs x 3 67kgs x 2 67kgs x 1 | ||

First one im planning to do is the Help the Heroes comp in May down in Swindon, will try and do as many as I can this year tho. What about you? | ||
