300x1...PB AND IT WAS EASY
Not feeling my sharpest tonight had a funny day but had decided earlier on that no matter what im puttin 300 up tonight.No problems what so ever the 260 x2 had bed the suit in nice and snug and from there on they were gems.
Was tempted to go heavier but why bother save it for the stage if everything go's to plan

So on an off day when you are not at your sharpest you add 15 kgs to your squat PB and describe it as easy. That is excellent news my friend, most excellent news. Just think what you could do on a good day?
15 kg is a hell of a jump and shows better than anything just what you are capable of. Onwards and upwards Andy, onwards and upwards

getting there mate, an lock out my right knee now, and they reckon it will be about 2½ weeks until my shin has healed up

Just found out why ive been feeling under the weather the past week...The doc says ive got glandular fever ,can take 2-4weeks to shift greattttt

Havn't deadlifted for 4 weeks so i was happy with these all strong from the floor and quick!

Wanted to go heavier again but i stopped myself you can only have so much luck in a session so i thought i'll wrap it up at that.Fooking ecstatic about that 210 never even dreamt about pressing that much so skys the limit from now on.
