Best snatching session I have had in a good while, feels like I'm making progress again which is nice! I have actually changed my grip to a slightly wider grip and it seems to be working nicely.

65kg, I felt strong for it though a consistent 70 is not far away I think! I'm much much happier sitting at the bottom when the bar is overhead now! Also, I'm running the xfit gym in Chester every Sunday if you fancied a Sunday sesh? Got a key an everything!!!
