Haha thanks guys, I tried 108 but bottled it! I think it's in me though just need to commit properly. I also made Gingy cry because of this so had to "hold back" you know...

Happy with this. Was end of Uni celebrations on Wednesday night and still recovering as I was upside down for the vast majority of it.

Training has been all over the place since finishing uni with unsociable working hours and the lark. Have had to train in one of the gyms I coach at that doesn't even have any bars that are straight let alone weightlifting bars.

But today...

Power Snatch (can't full snatch as catching on a bent bar causes all kinds of problems)
