Still got a little bit of strength Member 400, 22059 posts | I was pleased with the front squats. Hit my target there. Could have pulled a bit more than 250 (but not much more in all honesty), but this lift hurt my back. Lifting again could have rendered me unable to continue! Considering the fact that my pressing mysteriously went to s**t in the lead up to this comp, I was pleased that 120 went up. Would have been nice to do a bit more though. I am capable of more. My pulls on the arm over arm were very short! | ||
