Rear delts on machine warm up

Strict barbell press 40 x8 x2, 50 x6 x2, 60 x2, 50 x8, 40 x6

Push press 60 x2, 70 x2, 80 x2, 70 x4

Bench 60 x6 x2, 70 x4 x2, 80 x2, 90 x1, 70 x6

Gunz, dips & DONE

Need to get them on the weigh bridge tho cause dont think anyone really too sure about the middle 2, small one is 320 & big f**ker is 480 & crazy heavy. The other 2?????????

Sat events @ IS

Axle, warm up & strict press upto 50kg then doubles @ 70kg & 80kg (split jerk on 80kg)

Log, fail fail fail lol. Getting a new log for the gym @ about 40kg so this should help get things moving! Log @ unit 80kg empty & just a little too much.
Did some cleans @ 100kg then done.

Tyre flips 4x320, 2x370 & brought out bigger tyre as told it was 420kg & wanted to try flip it. Easy flip & not a chance it's 420, prob about 350kg but is big & looks the part lol.

Will need to arrange getting the tyres on a local weigh bridge.

Stones run 90, 100, 112, 120, 130 fail (lapped but no power in hips by now)

Done & wrecked. Right achilles tight & swollen today so will give tyres a miss for a few weeks to let it recover. Maybe yoke next week instead..................

Few recent workouts @ t/hall

Squats last week upto 140kg double then was supposed to be going 140 x6, easy 1st 2 reps then tried to go down far too quick & f**k up the whole thing! Nice negative with a MASSIVE bomb.

Garbage & needless lol! Prob 160kg best squat just now & think its gonna be a long road back till 4 plates again.

Deadlift this week.....
60 x4, 100 x4, 140 x2, 160 x2, 180 x2, 180 x2, 180 x2
Most reps Ive ever done in one session with 180kg, although its only doubles pleased with this. Next times either 3@180 or 4@180 if felling good.

Some 45kg dumbell rows, front squats only upto 100kg.

Plan to train sat & really need to keep log updated better..............

cheers man. Think the unit has a 420 tyre so will give that a shot soon. 480 is a beast & not even a fingers width under it.

Only the big boys managed it ie steve cherry, mike daley, jnr who fought the f**ker for ages & garry burt who after a few fails pissed it. Me not just now cause simply not strong enough lol

Missed a few update so this is what I can remember!

Thursday @ T/hall

Deadlift, 60 x4, 100 x4, 140 x2, 160 x2, 180 x2, 140 x12

Lat pull downs 3 sets of 80kg

Dumbell rows 3 sets of 40kg each hand

Some gunz & done

Felt it all day yesterday & pretty much today but events for a change so deep heat upto the max.

Today @ IS

Axle upto a 75kg double
(supposed to be warm up for 80kg log but again fail fail fail about 6 times) s**t

Tyre 320kg warm up for 2 doubles

Tyre 370kg for a tough single PB

Tyre 480kg just a silly attempt lol. about 2 inch off the ground

Yoke 260kg for 10m PB 1st time yokeage for about 2 years & my body hates it lol. Think last yoke was 250kg for about 2m so happy with improvement, will do yoke more maybe every other week not sure..............

Not much of a volume session but heavy for me & wrecked. Need events more often as think training twice a week only lets me stand still.........

Deadlift 100 x4, 120 x2, 140 x2, 160 x2, 180 x1, 160 x6, 140 x10

Took a while to recover from the reps & still feeling wreck! Is this really good for u. I hope so lol

Front squat 60 x6, 80 x6, 100 x2, 60 & chains x6.

Chains was just playtime think it was about 80kg at the top but felt too easy so not sure. Think need to go heavier with chains but prob wont use them again

Dumbell rows, 40kg x8 x2 each arm

Chins a few, gunz & done

Deadlift really taken a lot out of me, was going for a 180kg double but just dead after the 1st! Not too upset as back off sets were good form & reps for me. Double in a fortnight as SQUATZ next week Grin

Incline smith machine, bar x12, bar x12, 50 x8, 50 x8, 70 x5, 70 x5, 80 x2, 80 x2

Barbell strict press, 40 x12, 40 x12, 50 x5, 50 x5, 60 x2

Dips @ BW 4 sets of 6

Some bench, chest press machine & done

Nothing special but didnt want to push hard due to being billy no mates. Deadlift tomorrow so not wanting to be a wreck. Everything comfy enough & so it should be lol. Strict press max is 60 but think it will be a while till it improves! Think it will always be my weak point but getting better.................

Much better squatting tonite but still a long way too go (happy with form tho)

SLDL, 60 x5, 80 x5, 100 x5, 120 x4

1st time with these but comfy enough, think will up the reps & keep weight same

Lat pull downs 60 x4, 80 x4, 100 x4, 115 x2, 130 x2

Feeling it by now & the 130's prob a bit heavy

Seated calf raise, 3 sets in total but not sure of weight

Better workout & happy I can still squat lol. More basic & that is how it will stay for a while. Alternate between squat & deadlift on a thursday for the winter. No max lifts & see where I am in the spring..............

Last week (Friday) @ T/hall

Garbage session but here goes!

Hypers 3 sets of 10

Deadlift, 120x4, 160x2, 180xfail x2 (not even close & f**k knows)
Hamstrings felt tight & form shocking! Last week 180 was piss easy....

Squat, 60x10, 100x4, 140x1, 160 xfail (Again just s**t)
Form SHOCKING, No power in the hips, need I go on lol

Gave up & went home in the huff. New plan is get back squatting as Ive left it for a while as knees been dodgy, BASICS BASICS Squat, Deadlift, Bench, Dumbell press.

Warm up with rear delts, 3 sets of 8

Low incline smith, max of 80kg x4 then back off @ 70 x10 (pleased with the 10)

Seated Dumbell press, 20 x6, 25 x6, 30 xf**k knows! lost right arm backwards & had to let it hit the deck from near lockout, twisted arm but thought was ok.

CG Bench, 60 x6, 80 x1 arm gave way on second rep so workout done.

Right arm a bit sore but sure will be ok in the morning! Thank the baby jesus for wrist wraps & elbow sleeves lol

THURSDAY SQUATS & Maybe SLDL

Smith machine high incline 4 sets best 80kg x3

Seated dumbell press, 20x4, 25x4, 27.5x4, 30x1

Floor press from rack 3 sets best 100kg x2

couple of sets of dips & done

Slowly getting back into things & think 30kg is the best ive done so double next week & add them more often cause my strict is gash. Floor press also getting added more often as this is the 1st attempt & didnt like them so need to improve tricep strength, they hit the spot..................

Squat in calf machine (starting at bottom) 3 sets of 4 125kg final set

Deadlift, 60 x4, 100 x4, 140 x4, 180 x1, 200fail, 140 x10 then somehow last man standing rep off lol. Think it went over 30 reps till a winner & Ive been in pain ever since lol. Fun though Happy

Going to train with the Big boys for a bit & get shouted at.............
