Just don't mention it and it's all good.
I've lifted 800kg.
Of course the man's strong as hell even now but the thing that I found the most bo***cks about ed was him saying that it wouldn't really count if Thor pulled 500kg on the elephant bar because he's done it on a normal bar, when in reality he did it not only in a suit, but on a deadlift bar, so not a normal bar at all, especially at that weight. If you slow down the pull he doesn't lift the full weight up till several inches into the lift e.g similar to the elephant bar.

Yeah, what a f**king cheat. It might as well have been Megatron lifting 500kg with bands!

Hereís another random one to throw in the mix - Steve Irwin (RIP). What if you found yourself stuck somewhere where everything can kill you?

As to survival skills of Sugdeners - Paulís fishing skills are a good shout. I also fish and quite like anything outdoor-related including making fires in tricky situations.

Steve Irwin... What a legend!!!

I took a day off work when he died, absolutely gutted.

I recently got my 2 youngest kids into his shows, and they love him.

The problem here for me, is that even though Benni has the fame of that big powerlifting dead all those years ago, he still doesn't have the X Factor like Eddie does.

People are not going to buy tickets based off of Benni's claims, where as people wanted to see Eddie pull 500.

Benni has not really looked close to his best for years either, and despite some big strongman pulls, he doesn't look like he can do it.

Looking at the 440kg he posted last week I canít see it personally

I agree, and it was suited too.

I like Benni, always seems like a top guy, but I don't see him pulling over 500kg.

Do we have a list of confirmed athletes yet?

I'd love to see Brian win another title.

Who thinks the log WR will be beaten then?

Hixxy and Biby are seriously in contention with their gym lifts... Now, some people would be able to gain an extra few percent once show day goes live! The energy of the crowd behind them powering the adrenaline, or it could make an athlete crumble under nerves.

Personally, I would love to see Hixxy take it, and hope that finally he gets some recognition from the masses.

im headed there again this week to try that log again. In my warm ups I was going to stop at 200 as just hadn't adapted to the different log. 3 singles at 200 a 210 and then a 215 lol
So 220 would have gone for sure.
Im so used to cleaning a log with my thumbs up you have to tuck them in on a slater so threw me off a lot.

Good luck mate, it's great to see you pushing these numbers, and I wish you all the best for the comp.
