I did a 106kg stone today. Hard as crap off the floor, into the lap. Then it flew up onto the platform.


Wasn't quite at height man. I don't have access to anything between 76kg which is piss, and the 110kg. Reckon i'd smash a 100 out. It'll come with practice, don't find the pick up too bad, thing a good deadlift has helped with that

In for a watch on this one pal. Already said, but you should follow your body. If your program says so many reps at X weight and it's far too easy, you've got to consider changing the weights slightly too suit Happy
