i care. here's a little pearl of advice for you - kev stuart gave this to me when my technique was ropey as f**k about a year ago.. when you snatch and hit the receiving position with the bar overhead hold yourself in the bottom for 5 seconds.. on EVERY rep. no place like the hole - that's where you gotta be strong. x | |||
