dog tired, aching joints, bad sleep, creeping cold, sore throath, lost apetite... Sound familiar?

I am thinking of either taking this week off or go ridiculously light. And let this day become famous for Joni NOT injuring himself but actually cycling back down for his own free will! First time for everything Grin

I think that sounds like a good idea. I would take the week off unless you know you have the mental strength to actually go really light Wink

Sounds likely.

Good time to back-off - i.e. before you get injured because you have been ignoring the fact you are sore as f**k for weeks!Roll-Eyes

I think some rest would do you some good mate. A week off now could set you up nicely for your next cycle.

yeah decision has been made: i will train, but keep it light, an do higher reps on some shoulder and lat work, nothing close to failure or limits of strength. See you guys on wednesday!
