Not to be confused with JC Member 60, 366 posts SQ 140, BP 75, DL 150365.0 kgs @ 125kgs UnEq | 30/9 back to training. was very hard, every weight felt heavy and weak. but im back, get badck to normal and get stronger. also was talking tot he fighter whos one of the instructors there whos leaving and setting up a fgym few mile away. so will be doing ju jitsu, stood and ground basically the cage fighting stuff. so should be good, abd get faster at the mobility events aswell. anyways heres the weights, took it easy and was weak on all. floor to overhead bar to warm 50k x 5 50 x 5 60 x 3 70 x 2 cudn get 3rd out, no drive from legs 75 x f couldn clean 60 x 3 50 x 3 squat 60 x 5 80 x 5 90 x 3 100 x 3 110 x 2 very hard rev grip pulldown 72.5 x 6 80 x 6 95 x 6 102.5 x 4 seated chest press 40 x 6 50 x 5 50 x 5 60 x 4 | ||
