But i know i can still get heavier and im eating well now all clean foods so see how it goes. I never did perform well when i carried weight (fat) so it will take some getting use to being bigger. Im in no rush i have plenty of time to figure this s**t out | ||

AKA the great reset Member 4056, 5207 posts | 130-135kg would be a good weight. You are already very explosive and that extra weight would probably add to your static strength. Whats your max deadlift?? | ||
