yeah it was a bit too much of an increase really to gain any significant strength gains.

But i know i can still get heavier and im eating well now all clean foods so see how it goes.

I never did perform well when i carried weight (fat) so it will take some getting use to being bigger. Im in no rush i have plenty of time to figure this s**t out

130-135kg would be a good weight. You are already very explosive and that extra weight would probably add to your static strength. Whats your max deadlift??

did 385 in a suit, 365 raw.

Getting back in gym tonight - hopefully can get head back into it properly this time.

not far from 400. Judging by your progress your not that far away mate. Log pressing is immense

thanks buddy - i failed 400 at the knee at brits be nice to get back up to them lifts and nail it next year. If im injury free im sure i will.

From what i have read you done a great job at WSM for your first time. It wasnt long ago you were 105 competitor. Couple more years experience you could do great things. Times on your side lad.
