I'm sure this has been discussed before, but whats the general consensus of opinion on this : if you are going to do cardio and weights in one session, should you do cardio first or weights ?

Whatever you're more concerned about performing at, so for pretty much everyone on the forum that would be weights!

Agree with Rob, but make sure to have a protein shake or whatever before you start the cardio.

I have been doing weights and then 2.6 miles - I live next to a lake and its 1.3 miles per lap. I plan to be doing 3 laps quite soon, but no more.
I'm only running to improve my fitness, running is not my goal so I'll continue doing the weights first.
