But im just not sure of their applicability to the classic lifts. For assistance stuff definitely (fronts, backs etc), I also think that they could be very helpful on things like hang high pulls to teach you to finish the pull. Danny John has said on several occasions that he wishes he'd been doing fronts with chains all his lifting career. And a guy who posts on the P+B got his power jerk upto 400lbs by using bands pretty much every workout. The one thing you will have to be to get under a bar with bands on it is FAST, really f**king fast. | ||
