I have never been particularly good at programming my training - whenever I hit on something good I seem to run it to breaking point and don't know how to back off/readjust when the gains stop coming linearly.

Looking for a new program or possible online coach to run to improve gainz and looking for recommendations.

I find I have to use higher volume on the key lifts multiple times a week for best results and at my age need rest days between each session to avoid burn out

search Brian Alsruhe on youtube he just posted a video about the conjugate methodd and how he set it up for strongman and powerlifitng. very detailed outlining a 12 week program

I would like to hire a coach before my push pull. Tom would be my first choice, if I decide to try coaching! I greatly respect him as a lifter and I like the squatting more than once a week approach.
