I'll probably train Saturday instead of Sunday as there's no way I'm getting in and out of the gym in time in the morning. Let me know and we can maybe share transport. Maybe even in the Love-mobile if Rick is going. | ||

Haven't yet decided whether I'm going to bench Saturday or whether to train at Oldham after the contest. I'm leaning towards the latter atm; I might phone and check we can tomorrow. Anyone who wants a lift is welcome. | ||

Also, i need to train early tomorrow, as in i need to be out of the door by 7 or i get hung by the balls. Luckily its just EASY benching, two doubles with 130, so that will be f**king fast anyway. | ||

Rick and I are going in the love-mobile, it promises to be the drive of a lifetime - we could pick you up on the way maybe as you're right on the route to the gym? Olly wants to come but he usually goes to bed at about 9am on Sundays so might not make it  Any other takers?? Alex is meeting us there I think. | ||
