 Drugs cheat Member 3860, 630 posts SQ 335, BP 210, DL 330875.0 kgs @ 108kgs UnEq | Post Edited: 07.03.2013 @ 12:27 PM by force10 141st Winterton Agricutural Show will host Sc**thorpes Strongest Man 2013.Date - 10am Sunday 7th July 2013, Location - The Showground, Winterton, North Lincs, DN15 9UG Events 1) Barrel and sand bag loading - 2 barrels 100kg, 2 sandbags 100kg, 15 metres onto platform, 75 secs 2) Car/Van Deadlift - weight 250kg in hand, max reps, 75 secs 3) Yoke race - 300kg, 20 metres, drop, turn 20 metres back, 75 secs 4) Axle Squat - 230kg, max reps, 75 secs 5) Overhead Medley - 120kg axle, 130kg log, 80kg Dumbell, 75 secs 6) Arm Over Arm Pull - Weight tbc, 75 secs All events head to head, this is a intermediate / light open event. Graham Hicks ( Hixxy) will be referee for the day £20 entry fee Trophy and prize money for 1st,2nd and 3rd All entrants will receive a Competition T shirt If your up for the challenge, please contact either Paula or Simon on 07830 436624 or email info@force10gym.co.uk for an entry form.
