Lancaster's Strongest Man 2013

1st and 2nd of June the Muscle Factory Lancaster is holding 2 events, the Bodyweight Challenge and Lancaster's Strongest Man

Registration is by May 24th, and forms will be available to download from www.musclefactorylancaster.co.uk

This is expected to start at 11:30 - although time may change - on Sunday and is a novice, 1st timer suitable event. WSM competitor Jack McIntosh is head judge, and strongman competitor and promoter Ben France will be emcee.

Event1: Medley: 350kg tyre, 79kg farmers handles, and 230kg yoke
Event2: 170kg Axle Deadlift
Event3: 75kg log press
Event4: Truck pull (weight will be decided once equipment has been tested out) between 2000-4000kg
Event5: Atlas Stones: 50, 70, 90kg stones and we may add a 30kg stone to a 6ft platform if possible.
