This would be 5 events so will drop the squat 100kg log for reps head to head Car Deadlift for reps. Will be around 220-240. 112kg farmers 40m head to head 270 yoke 40m head to head 130 stone for reps This will be 15 quid entry and will have supplement prizes for top 3 and t shirts for all. Date looking like 24 or 31 may I will cap the novice at 20 guys | ||
