Basically I bought a 105 stone and decided to get another one cause it was the same shipping and rather than play it smart and get a lighter one I thought I'd get a heavier one and basically it might as well weigh 600 KG for me at this time! I'm in the Essex area by the way.

Member. Member 2171, 1612 posts | Yeah get some tacky then you will be lifting the 120 and be thinking about trading the lighter one in for a 140

I use duct tape over tube bandages, much easier to clean!

I can just about hoist the 105 stone but it's a mission, play about with it at the end of f the odd session, but the 120 is an immovable object for me at the minute! I thought cause I could lap a 120 barrel and load it I'd get to grips with it fairly swiftly but so far no luck.

Forearm damage is why I cover my arms, I also wear a skin tight top so the stone cant stick to it when I load. If you can load a 120 barell then the stone should be fine with tacky!

Member. Member 2171, 1612 posts | I was the same with my 105 and 140 (though we think thats nearer 150!), I could just about do the 105. With tacky I can do 140's and the 105 was silly easy! Makes a huge difference.
