just gone back through my journal for my best sets of 5 repetitions.

Deadlift 320kg x 5 / currently at 280kg
Squats 260kg x 5 / currently at 240kg
Blok bench 200kg x 5 / currently at 192.5kg

i didnt realise i was doing so well lol Grin
