I might chuck some honey in mine as I'm a big believer in it as a fast but sustainable glucose. I find a cheep supermarket slim fast type drink straight after training gives me that lil window of extra time to get a meal down me. Sayin this I'm 88kg at the mo who the f**k wants to know what my narrow back post training ritual is lol | ||

Like chocolate milk ? I think some creditable research placed chocolate milk above every other type of pos workout formula. Is it me - or are supplements a bit rubbish ? ! | ||
