Member 2279, 24 posts	Events will be : Log max weight starts at 100kg 110kg 120kg etc Tyre flip 3 flips 330kg 3 flips 380kg 75sec time limit . Deadlift car or van to be tested straps allowed 90sec Break for 20mins Arm over arm arctic unit (may change to harness pull with trailer ) 75sec Dumbell press 70kg 75sec Stones over the yoke 125kg 135kg 145kg 155kg 165kg 75sec Deadlift and arm over arm will be tested and confirmed as soon as possible and post will be updated . There will be a £10 entry fee to cover costs . Trophies for top three and medals for all competitors . Water and snacks will be provided .
