It will be mainly focused on weight gain. I will also train raw for a while to develop more natural strength to carry over to equipment later on. I will stay committed for the weight gain and start to pay my dues!! (Instead of eating 2 packets of crisps and 1 packet of maltesers I will double this intake!! Will weigh-in every Wednesday morning first thing before breakfast. The Immediate goal will be to get to 56kg. Training will be recorded as well. My first post will be from my most recent meet to give everyone an understanding of my current ability. | ||

Hopefully some will be released from the people filming the contest. The first squat fail was more down to nerves I believe.
