This will be my new journal.

It will be mainly focused on weight gain. I will also train raw for a while to develop more natural strength to carry over to equipment later on.

I will stay committed for the weight gain and start to pay my dues!!
(Instead of eating 2 packets of crisps and 1 packet of maltesers I will double this intake!! Happy

Will weigh-in every Wednesday morning first thing before breakfast.

The Immediate goal will be to get to 56kg.

Training will be recorded as well.


My first post will be from my most recent meet to give everyone an understanding of my current ability.

No vids sorry. Hopefully some will be released from the people filming the contest.

The first squat fail was more down to nerves I believe. I was also late and had to rush through warm ups then straight up on stage. At least I didn't bomb! that would have been horrifying.

Thanks Alex. I would prefer to lift heavier weights and have a rubbish bodyweight to weight ratio. I don't care how many times my BW my lifts are, just want to increase power!
