Good session was drained by the end though. Session was far too long with all this extra bodybuilding s**t.

Light Squat - 60x8, 100x8, 140x13 (cardio is wank!)
Strict Press - 40x8, 60x5, 80x1, 90x1, 100x1, 110x1 PB
Seated Dbel Press - 22sx12, 32sx8, 32sx8
Side Delt - 12sx12, 12sx12
Rear Delt - 22sx12, 22sx12
Row - 60x6, 80x6, 100x6, 120x6
Dbel Row - 43x12, 43x12
Curl - 40x6, 50x6, 60x6, 70x6
Chins - BWx8, BWx8

Sweet curls rows and strict chief take it the arm is all healed. Gonna have to pull my finger out if I wann keep up with you at bristols, I'm sending my cheque off tomoz.

Cheers mate, yeah the arm is healing good. Haha you'll do just fine at Bristols. It's the events I need to work on, my technique for most of them is crap. Just mong through them!

110kg strict press is good! need to up my strict press after this comp i see!

The 80kg block i have is wider, it sits nicer, there block is higher but not as wide, so the balance is harder, i can make you heavier blocks if needed Wink

I told you Ryan legs are optional! Well I figured seeing as I struggle using legs when log pressing might as well up my srict press. I need to try out your block tomorrow.

Cheers mate I'm slowly hunting down the 120kg strict press I want by the end of the year.

You'll have that by sept, if you stay injury free, 130+ by the end of the year I reckon.

Random session tonight. Head not really with it as my little boy kept me up all night. So tired!

Deadlift - 70x5, 120x3, 160x3, 200x1 (straps on), 220x1 (belt on), 240x1, 200x7
Keg Press - 55x5, 55x5
Block Press - 80xClean, 80xClean, 80xClean, 80xClean, 80xClean (just couldn't get the balance for the press)
Loading - 55x3 to 54", 80x3 to 54", 100xf, 100xf, 100x1 to 54" PB (little tech change)
Shrugs - 60x25, 100x15, 140x10, 180x10

Time to sleep!

If the weather holds off I'll be doing some block press managed to find a 70kg granite 1 I'll just tape a little extra weight on.

Sounds good mate. The weight won't be the issue just the technique and balance. Its like the first time I tried a circus dumbell all over again! Absolute crap! Haha. I'm just going to try different tech each week til I nail it.

Really happy the weights are still going up even though im dropping some excess weight.

Squat - 60x6, 100x4, 140x3, 170x3, 190x3
Bench (paused) - 60x6, 80x4, 100x3, 120x2, 132.5
Bench (T&G) - 140x2 PB, 147.5x1 PB (very easy!)
Push Press - 40x6, 60x3, 80x2, 100x1, 112.5x1, 122.5x1 PB
Curl - 40x8, 50x8, 60x8, 70x8
CG Bench (slingshot) - 60x8, 80x8, 100x8, 120x8
Dbel Hammer Curl (superset) - 12sx12, 17sx12, 17sx12
Standing Tricep Extension (superset) - 20x12, 32.5x12, 32.5x12

Done! Happy f**king days!!
