Pretty much dont go to those places anymore.

Go to tescos and get 5 chicken thighs for £2 + 10 wings for £1.

or buy a bacon rib/joint.

From a powerlifting point of view its all about wilks be the lightest you can but be at your strongest so a 90 kg lifter with a low body fat can pack on a lot more muscle mass and still be under 90 than someone carrying a high body fat who will have less muscle mass and be under 90

And we all know what's gunna shift more wieght and thats muscle

THATS OK THEN... at 133kg and 10.2% bodyfat i must b alright then... i followed scrit diets for 10 yrs, im just having fun now....
