From a powerlifting point of view its all about wilks be the lightest you can but be at your strongest so a 90 kg lifter with a low body fat can pack on a lot more muscle mass and still be under 90 than someone carrying a high body fat who will have less muscle mass and be under 90 And we all know what's gunna shift more wieght and thats muscle | ||
