Hey marc, just quick bit of clarification:
Axle deadlift - oly bar with tyres to make it 16inch, or an actual thick axle bar with tyres? I kno some events say axle and just refer to the set up, not the axle thick bar itself.

Hello mate its an actual axel bar mate with wheels and tyres straps allowed rough height is 16inch 220kg for reps 60 secs.

Competition is now getting close, please could you send payment by Friday 2nd March.
If I do not receive payment by this date I will presume that you are not competing and therefore will not include you in the day.
I know this might sound harsh but the T.Shirts have to be pre-ordered and paid for and all our running orders etc are produced before the day.

Unfortunately im out due to a knee issue havent been able to train for a few weeks and thought i leave it and see. Still a bit suspect. I have paid so if anybody wants to jump on in my place let Marc know.
