Come on, we want the full story of what was going on behind that camera.

I hope it had nothing to do with Joni being naked and Millsy tickling him with a feather.

Your neighbours must wonder about you - perhaps some sort of special outfit would help you train. I guy I used to train with believed that the best way to make gains was to train wearing a pink vest and a skirt- he reasoned that if you attended the gym dressed in this way the only way to save face would be to train with great intensity.

LOL

nothing much in it, here goes the story...

we trained f**king four hours, hardcore, PBs popping left right and centre, ready to go home as Olly starts loading the pin for duck walks/walk of pain.

We say no, and olly starts shouting "puuusssiiiiieeess" and goes on for a nice duck stroll swaying all over the place and generally looking like a dick (essential part of duck walk).

lol, makes me laugh that silly giggling forlloweed by serious "C'MOON!" Grin

The thing is you are 'puuuuuuuussssssieeeeeeeeees'. Talking of pussy, here's the Dungeon GateKeeper (as seen on the banner image), Millsy informs me that she is affectionally known as 'puss'.

How originalWink

That was funny Olly, you've got to admit it?

I'm having second thoughts about farmers on Saturday as what is the point in making an injury worse? I'm going to rest it until the pain has gone, simple as that.

Millsy, I've had shin splints (many years ago) and the only thing you can do is rest them or they *will* get worse and eventually you will end up having trouble walking properly even without weights. Seriously, mate, don't ruin yourself - there's plenty of other good training you can be doing in the mean time.

good plan mate.

Milsy, wise words - its easy to get carried away in exitement, i know i will always do it, its so hard to say no when others are doing all the cool things.

My knee is feeling better so i am secretly planning to take the 130s for a walk - HERE COMES THE PAIN!

Sorry but I think that's rubbish. There are plenty of things you can do to help shin splints. Farmers walks arent one of them but there are plenty.
