Basic analgesic agent that still works!

You have paracetamol and non-steroidal anti-inflammatories when it comes to non-opiate options. Although it is said that codeine is at least as bad as stronger opiates for causing constipation. Maybe, try tramadol, slightly stronger opiate, but probably not as bad for constipation. How much codeine are you taking, 30mg?

Feasting on humble pie. Member 51, 1692 posts SQ 227.5, BP 185, DL 272.5685.0 kgs @ 90.4kgs UnEq | Neil I see your ideas is to keep your metabolism stoked throughout the day with loads of small meals, but really do you ever go hungry? Leptin and insulin won't 'reset' without letting levels drop. You have to do that by not eating

Has little understanding of the sugden Member 677, 11338 posts SQ 165, BP 125, DL 220510.0 kgs @ 80kgs UnEq | Not read this whole thread but I just looked at your food. I've heard stuff about keeping insulin low, especially for the first 4 hours after waking. (something to do with raised cortisol upon waking, and high cortisol and insulin = fat storage??) For that reason fruit/simple carbs/whey are bad choices as they raise insulin levels quickly. I choose to have protein and fats in the morning and add carbs in after about 11am. Don't know if this is any good, but there you go.
