What's the best way to speed up you motabilism if your doing the following
1) having small meals
2) taking medication that slows down the digestive system
3) training hard
4) cut out startch carbs Only on cheat day

Is there anything that I can take via a doctor or herbal that will help speed up my digestive system and motabilism

Clenbuterol is supposed to be the best i've heard for speeding it up, however i kind of think it will be banned for drug free feds.

If you have the time, then training more often really helps. I've been doing short morning sessions before I leave for work for the past month. Usually 1-2 exercises of either Power Cleans, Push Presses, Snatches, Clean&Press or Weighted Sit Ups. I usually aim to do this most mornings but in reality it works out to be 4-5 mornings. It's not too bad, since I wake up early anyway to feed the dog and check on the chickens so 20 minutes of lifting isn't too mind blowing.

As well as that I'm doing 6 evening sessions. Obviously having a home gym helps but anyone can do Push Ups, Squats and Sit Ups at home in the morning before breakfast. I'm maintaining my weight on a far higher calorie intake than when I was training 3-4 days a week.

Jogging in the morning is great as well if you can swing it, but my joints can't really handle that very well any more and I f**kin hate jogging. You may be different.

stop taking whatever slows your digestion down?

Have you looked at digestive enzymes? and no, not the crap you get in pots from supermarkets.

what about thyroid meds? T3/T4? an option?

my girlfriend got the x5's i think they were called which were meant to be stronger than the t4, these certainly worked but she couldn't take them for long as she said they had a similar effect to ecstacy apparently lol

I take robaxin to help stop the muscle spasm's and dihydracodine to reduce the pain. Plus nopraxin to help with imflamation got a good routine going and even when I don't take anything the back seem better than last year. But when I have a spasm it's bad really bad.
So I'm sticking with the routine until the next procedure and then I will have to see.

But I need to sort this out somehow. I take activist plus digestive enzymes every day. Maybe my thyroid gland is needing a boot in the arse

vitamin B6 was always good apparently for speeding up the metabolism. some of my mates used to inject it (dont know where they got it from) but I am sure the tabs would be effective.

have you thought of getting the b complex as an injection, my wife has these as her body dosnt utilise it from dietary/supplement forms

Yeah I have reduced my carb intake I creased my protein levels and good fats still sitting around the 2100 mark for calories. nd before anyone asks I don't eat an awful lot in comparison to to some. I just think my thyroid gland is not effective enough.

Injecting vitimin b6 hmm would the doc recommend this? I am going to consult a dietitian and the doc again and see where it leads, but up here that might be a bad move.

What are T3's, T4's abd X5's ( sounds like cars)
