As is usual, whenever I get a decent weight on my back I can't really keep good form past 6 or 7 reps. Its obviously my weaknesses kicking in, I'm just not sure what that is. Getting out of the hole, if anybody has any advice?? Good mornings 52.5x5x10 Situps to finish. Well that's week 1 of this cycle done. I always find week 1 the toughest | ||

Pish!!! Still, very pleased with the way deadlifts went. The stiff-leg work, good mornings and core stuff seem to be paying off. I will need to keep the fronties lower weight/higher rep though. | ||
