Squatting 3 times a week has garnered great progress but my knees both have bakers cysts and I felt gubbed today.

The difference is massive. No back issue at all. Pity I'm weaker with the 'gay-pull'. Give it a few months - 240 by Xmas Tongue

Deload week. Ended up doing some singles etc. The highlights:

Bench 107.5x5. 80x15.

Deadlift - 210 (sumo PB).

Front Squat - 140 PB.

Squats tomorrow. Just going to do some singles and see what happens. Good mornings and swings to follow.

Cycle 6 of 531 starts next week.
