Never did assists. Bench 25.7.11 75x5 85x5 97.5x10 close grip bench 70x10 70x10 70x10 70x6 FAIL 60x10 Chest/shoulders/triceps all gubbed. Did a couple of hopeless DIPS but gave up. I did pull-ups after most pressing sets. Weighted situps - 3 sets. Plank - 3 sets. Feeling good about being back on 5/3/1 - loving the PUMP | ||

Gonna buid these gradually. Delighted with the back today. Long may it continue. | ||

Deadlift - 210 (sumo PB). Front Squat - 140 PB. Squats tomorrow. Just going to do some singles and see what happens. Good mornings and swings to follow. Cycle 6 of 531 starts next week. | ||

Stiff-leg DLs First time in ages doing these 60x3x10 (going to work up to 5 sets, then add weight) Pendlay Rows 60x3x10 - tougher than they should have been!
