As is usual, whenever I get a decent weight on my back I can't really keep good form past 6 or 7 reps. Its obviously my weaknesses kicking in, I'm just not sure what that is. Getting out of the hole, if anybody has any advice??

Cheers. I think the cold had a bit of an effect to start with. Need to warm up more, that's all.

The 115x4 is quite pleasing. I only did 112.5 for 3 last cycle so progress I guess.

Doubles, up to 120, then tweaked my lower back. Pish!!!

Still, very pleased with the way deadlifts went. The stiff-leg work, good mornings and core stuff seem to be paying off. I will need to keep the fronties lower weight/higher rep though.

My top set on week 3 is with 200kg but I can tell you right now I won't be going anywhere near 6 reps, 3 will do me.
