Hey there J... good to see you about mate... be good to lift with you at the end of jan, you must commit cos then I can whip your ass when you start slacking...
slimsim30/11/11 @ 10:25
alright mate, I was hoping to watch a few of the vids but you've taken them all down!
Well done on the win. The last time I competed was in 2004 and the diet just killed me. It's not something I ever want to have to do again, so kudos to those who can keep it up year after year. Pizza FTW
Are you planning on just doing the powerlifting as a side thing, or making the change completely? I ask because you're obviously still training like a bodybuilder and that's probably not going to be optimum for powerlifting purposes.
Also, if that's you in your avatar I presume 89kg is your contest bodyweight? From the cals your chowing down, do you pack on loads in the offseason?

my left shoulder is fcuked from gym last night, started with seated dumbbell press and it felt sore just warming up, worked up to 40's and decided to stop before I fcuk it up any more, just did a light shoulder workout then.
I have been sleeping funny at night and noticed a slight pain in shoulder last week from sleeping with one arm straight up above my head. Legs today so ok for now.
Not trained legs for about 2 month though due 2 comps so should be fun.

Just received my powerlifting singlet today, looks very gay lmao and its very tight.
Also got my new wrist wraps, strength shop twilight ones, they pretty stiff, miles better than my old ones that basically did nothing.

Shoulder is still sore and keep making it worse at night by sleeping in dodgy positions. May leave training chest tomorrow just gona see how I feel.
