call me sir or recieve broken toes Member 1626, 250 posts SQ 170, BP 112.5, DL 225507.5 kgs @ 83kgs UnEq | Movember 26th DLs build up to 3 sets 180kg x 5 (felt pretty weak today) did some other stuff but can't remember what now (written Dec 1st) Movember 28th AM - sweat cardio session 30 mins PM Gym Dips 20 @ bw 10 +20kg 10 +40kg 10 +45kg x 2 bd circuit with ab workout to finish 30th Movember AM 30 mins cario + db circuit 1st Dec AM 30 mins cario + db circuit PM Gym BP 50/70/80/90/95/100/105kg x 5 Pec press machine thingy 4 sets of 10 FSq Feeling a bit weak following 2 days of AM cardio. Plan to just work in sets of 5 up to 120kgish 60/80/100/120kg x 5 (still feeling quite strong) 130 x 1 GOOD lift 140 x 1 Twice! PB! V pleased | ||
