Really pleased how things are going right now. Obviously I've some good boys to face in St Ives, so am having to contend with my advancing years as well as my novice lifting status.

Need to get some event work started soon.

Little bit of fat burning tonight

Weighted dips

BW x 20 warm up

+20kg x 15
+40kg x 10
+45kg x 3 sets/10 (arms felt like they were gunna explode)

Super Fat Burning db circuit
couldn't hold arms up at the end

Torso burn up to finish
plate twists and cruchy push down things.

Sweating like a rapist

Feeling a bit weak following 2 days of AM cardio. Plan to just work in sets of 5 up to 120kgish
